Welcome to Brasserie De Waegh, located in a monumental weighing house from 1668 on Monnickendam's beautiful inner harbour. Where cheese and grain used to be weighed, twin brothers Boy & Jens Bosman now serve the tastiest Mediterranean dishes on the table.
